TENS OF THOUSANDS OF SAVINGS A YEAR

The company providing nationwide travel and parcel services of bus transport opted for advanced technology smart lighting system to illuminate its bus terminal premises. All-inclusive lighting solution was executed by Greenled Oy by replacing the old fluorescence tube luminaires at the end of their lifecycle with luminaires of long lifecycle. Luminaires of Eco E product family were used for the lighting change. Osram ENCELIUM™ lighting control system supplementing the all-inclusive lighting solution remarkably improves the usability of the illuminated area and gives substantial additional savings in energy consumption.

The essential objective of the project was decrease of energy consumption. Greenled’s lighting solution enables tens of thousands of annual energy savings in euros. Energy savings of different areas of the object are approximately 75%. The selection criteria of the customer were the domesticity of Greenled, and the all-inclusive solution in which Greenled takes full responsibility for planning and executing the lighting change. The expected minimum maintenance necessity of lighting and long lifecycle was also in favour of the solution.
